We have a Windows 2019 server that was running over wifi using a google wifi extender and everyone could access it through their wifi networked computers. we just got ethernet installed and now the server won't connect directly to the switch. it still has to go through google wifi to access the server files. it is a simple files server and honestly, it should just hook right into the wall. the only thing that has changed is it is not connected wirelessly anymore. thank you in advance

Having two adapters and both with gateways is going to be problematic.

tried with just the one wall plug to switch room

What is the end goal here?

still says unidentified network and it can’t revcive an ip address

NIC1 connects to and receives an address from the DHCP server 192.168.86.1 (assume this is a router)
