Is there any relation between the id of a teamsAppInstallation resource and the id of the associated teamsApp resource? For example, does the same teamsApp id necessarily generate the same teamsAppInstallation id across multiple users. According to my tests, it seems to be the case.
And will the id of a teamsAppInstallation resource of a specific teamsApp change in any case?
Looks like the id of a teamsAppInstallation resource is a base64 encoded string constructed as <teamsApp id>##<app version>##Published.
