Hello there! I got a new iPhone this Xmas and sold my old iPhone, for this reason I don’t have it any more and obviously I deleted all settings before selling it, but now I’m unable to access my crypto accounts because I have them in my Authenticator App. I can access my MS account however I’m not being able to recover the information from the app I had on my old iPhone! I have the same iCloud ID and I’m logged in on my new phone but is not pulling the back up.. it says theirs is none.. What can I do?? Help!! I can’t access my crypto!!!

    Hi @Jonathan Gutierrez

    1) Check over the documentation below for backing up and recovering account:

Back up and recover account credentials in the Authenticator app

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/back-up-and-recover-account-credentials-in-the-authenticator-app-bb939936-7a8d-4e88-bc43-49bc1a700a40

    2) If you cannot recover your Authenticator you will need to reach out to the Crypto Exchange platforms support to get into your account.
