Dear Microsoft Team,
We are a Brazilian company with 20 years of experience in developing software for online communication and collaboration. We currently make our SIP softphones available on our website and sell customized versions. I would like to include our products in Microsoft's whitelist, especially as they are currently considered false positive. We have had several occurrences in our customers, which has been causing financial and technical support disruptions to our business.
What are the procedures to include in whitelist both, our base version and our customers' customized versions?
