I'm looking KQL query to monitor SQL Server performance for Azure SQLVm using Log analytics workspace.

    I would start with VM Insights, review the default workbooks, and possibly add some alert rules. Azure platform metrics are collected by default and are free. You can add additional OS metrics if needed using log analytics.
