how to configure the automatic startup of a virtual machine

I would like to know how to configure the automatic startup of a virtual machine? if someone can help me with the step by step I would greatly appreciate it.

I have visited this page "https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/automation/automation-solution-vm-management-config#schedule" but I do not know where to start the configuration, I am new to azure virtual machines.

First, start reading through all the information

then prepare and execute the deployment
