Tried that but got the same error message.
Wait until your active Sandbox runs out and then start a new Sanbox and try to change the version from 2.1 in 2.1.7. But first you need to wait until your active Sanbox runs out.
Interesting. I just ran it as-is (2.1) and it worked perfectly, but I did it in one my subscriptions instead of sandbox subscription.
