Hello,
I am trying to download the MS authenticator app on my Samsung S21 ultra, but it keeps saying "this app wont work on your device". I have tried everything , updated my software but still no success. Kindly advice on what to do as it's urgent to do this.

Long term you can use the authenticator app three-dot and choose Send Feedback. Also I'd suggest bringing it to the attention of Samsung as they may have a better method to get support.

I haven't even been able to download the app so how do l use the three dots to send feedback
I'd get in touch with the hardware vendor for support.
