RDCMan: Not Using RemoteFX Codec

Does RDCMan support the RemoteFX (RFX) codec for RDP?
When I connect to an Ubuntu server running xrdp, the latency between the time the mouse moves and the time the display updates is quite long. Other people report that the RemoteFX codec helps (<https://askubuntu.com/a/1436736?>).
When I connect with Windows Remote Desktop Connection and select "10 Mbps or higher" in Experience, the latency is much shorter.
Settings:
- The connection's Color Depth is set to "32".
- Tools | Options, Experience tab, Connection speed: LAN (10 Mbps or higher)
- Tools | Options, Experience tab, Persistent Bitmap Caching: Checked
Environment:
- Windows 10 (Version 22H2)
- RDCMan version 2.90
