Sign in For Office 365 Developer Program Fails!

Hi! When I try to sign in for Office 365 developer program I get this error:
We're missing some information Please add your first and last name to your Microsoft Account at https://account.microsoft.com/profile and try again later. It might take a few hours for the change to appear in the system. MS-CorrelationId: 2d4fd129-c635-4b44-8e4e-9a3f27b6367e

But, my first and last name has already been entered, and it is correct. I really need to join the developer program, please somebody help me.

    I am thinking of the following relevant points to check for this case scenario as shown down below:

    1- Is the 90-day Microsoft 365 E5 developer subscription period gone or not yet?

    2- Did you check your user account from the admin portal in order to know if it is on active status? https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/homepage

    3-When was the last time that you were able to login correctly?

    Hello there,

    Some users have faced this issue when there are temporary service issues with Microsoft and usually this will be cleared much of the troubleshooting from your side.

    You can view the health of your Microsoft services, including Office on the web, Yammer, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and mobile device management cloud services, on the Service health page https://status.office365.com/
