Hello Microsoft learn team, I am facing a problem while activating sandbox for azure.
When I click to Activate a Sandbox, it activated successfully and we can see the Subscription in Azure portal but as soon as all the activating tasks is completed, it instantly deactivated the sandbox and creates new sandbox.
This loop go on until I refreshed the page or until the daily quota for sandbox is fully used.

With all due respect, thank you for respond.

I would like to let you know that I have successfully fixed this error. The error was on my side.

Reasons for the occurrence of this error:

    1. Incorrect time in Local System

Briefly explaining error: My system was using two different timezone. One timezone is my Local timezone. Another is UTC(Univesal Timezone). The problem was not using 2 timezones. The problem was UTC's time in my system, it was 5hrs ahead from actual UTC.

So this makes Azure to think, the time for sandbox is completed. So it deactivated all the times.

    Conclusion: The problem is resolved.

    Hi,

Appreciate you taking the time to make the recording--well done and helpful.

Please try instructions below and see if the sandbox works properly:

In Chrome, click the person icon in upper right and create a new profile. Name it MS Learn or similar so you know what it is.

Use this new profile to sign-in and complete the module. When using this profile, things to keep in mind:

    • Do not open a separate tab or window to check personal/company email
    • Do not open a separate tab or window and sign-in to any portals (Azure or otherwise) with different account than your MS Learn
    • Do not open a separate tab or window and use some sort of SaaS/web application where you sign-in
    • Opening tab with Azure portal for the sandbox is fine

In summary, only use this profile for MS Learn modules and don't sign-in using any other accounts besides your MS Learn account. The idea is we want this profile to only have token for your MS Learn account and nothing else.

Please reply back with your results, whether positive or negative. If you see it not working please close the window before it exhausts your supply of sandboxes for the day.

    Thanks.

    -TP

With all due respect, thank you for quick respond.
Reading your solution and the referenced thread, the problem seems to be due to sharing multiple session in multiple sub-domain with same gmail.

So I logout from all the session and used completely different browser.
At first, I was using Brave browser. But this time, I used Chrome browser where I used only Microsoft Learn Page.
Creating the Sandbox, the same error is repeating.

Conclusion, Above practice did not resolve the error.
