Exchange contacts from mobile client

Question

Folks - when I add a contact from Android, it automatically shows up in Outlook as Exchange sync is turned on but Outlook shows it as Last name, First name format. I'd rather have it sorted by First name, last name. Is this possible? Thx

An easy method is to show it in list:

If you want to "sort", click View - View settings - Sort - Sort Items by:
