[Bug report] proc list scroll suddenly freezes when scrolling by mouse wheel

Question

When I try to scroll the process list with a mouse wheel,
the scroll stops / sticks / freezes at the end of a single wheel move.

Look at the screenshot:

• a hint on yellow background pops up under cursor (cursor is not visible on screenshot, but it's there)
• procexp looses scroll focus
• scroll can not continue

I work this around by shifting a mouse and starting scrolling again, but …

nowadays with these notorious Windows Applications which have human-hostile command lines of insane length …

I hit this bug almost continuously.

Could you, please, fix mouse scroll freezes?

Checked with the latest at the moment of writing Process Explorer version 17.02
System: Windows 11 Pro x64
