I purchased a new phone, Microsoft support on the phone told me to delete my authenticator app on my old phone in order to update on the new phone. I did that and could not get any authentications. Next Microsoft person told me I should not have been given that direction. My Microsoft sent me to my hospital IT dept. They helped, however, I now only have my hospital account in the authenticator. I also had Amazon. I have had days of emails and phone calls with Amazon - they have now said that they have disabled MFA requirement for my account, however, when I try to log in, it is still asking for an Authenticator code, which I cannot generate. They told me to reach out to Microsoft again, as now Amazon also cannot log into my account as they are asked for an Authenticator code.
Please let me know how to either add Amazon without being able to obtain a QR code or code from Amazon, as they say they cannot do that - or how to maybe do get in,
