Hello,

I have crawled though help and found that others have encouneted the same issue...

277380-74c8dab6-5254-4200-b2d4-aa091c9db651.jpeg

I have the same email coming up as a Work or school account set by my IT (I have a paid Office subscription and using the email, added to my site's DNS the MX and TXT and CNAME, and it is syncing as it should via MS Exchange...) and as a personal account, as seen on the photo above.

The personal must have been an attempt to create a MS account using my own email for some reason, the Business is the valid one.

All emails sent to and from, are showing up only on Work Account's Inbox and Sent, as they should. On the personal account are not shown! Please note that the Work account had a handle@handle.onmicrosoft address that I changed once the DNS was activated.

My MS Authenticator is also connected with the work account.

Now, I want to delete the personal as I don't use it and it only hassles everything around. So I llogged in and requested for the PERSONAL account to be deleted. MS came up with all the checkboxes, I ticked them and it says that it will take 30 days to be deleted. Once deleted, will I have and problem with my work account, Azure, AD and everything?? I am somewhat concerned...

I also read that I can add a new alias and set it as primary and once verified and set to delete the current (duplicated) alias. Would that work, or MS will still remember that I USED to have a personal account (even though the alias is deleted)???

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance!!
