Are built-in role Guids the same in Azure Government and Azure China?

Question

Exploring Azure Active Directory, I can see that, for example, the role "Teams Communications Administrator" has Template Id "baf37b3a-610e-45da-9e62-d9d1e5e8914b".

Can I hardcode role Guids into my app to eventually run in the Azure Government and Azure China? Or do these Azure clouds have different role Ids than Azure Public?

@Martin Liptak Thank you for reaching out to us. As I understand you are looking for information related to Template Id for Azure AD Roles are same or not between Azure AD Global & Azure China/Government clouds.

I am checking with my team internally whether Template Id are same or different between Azure AD Global & Azure China/Government Clouds.

As far I know there is a separate Azure portal for each one of the national clouds. The individual national clouds and the global Azure cloud are cloud instances. Each cloud instance is separate from the others and has its own environment and endpoints.
