I'm trying to check the status of a request for a Databricks Serverless SQL Warehouse on Azure, and I'm not sure if I filled out the form correctly. What is the best way to check the status of my request and ensure that it has been submitted correctly?

2023-01-10T09:15:04.46+00:00 I don't think I've missed anything, but I've submitted my first request in December, and I've resubmitted it yesterday, and still no changes. Is there any way in which you can tell me if I'm doing everything correctly?
