I work for a school district, and I am having issues connecting to teams and Outlook when I'm not connected to my job's Wi-Fi network. I tried to set up the Authenticator app, but an error occurred when I scanned the code. Also, my number is not going through the system. I did not have these issues a month ago. Before this issue happened with the apps on my phone, I accidentally pressed "No" when the authenticator asked if I was logging into my accounts. Our IT support has reset the Authenticator app for their network, but I believe our IT needs to contact someone at Microsoft to clear my block number from their system.

    Hi @HernandezLopez, Pedro A

You will need to contact the school district's IT Department to have them reset your Mutli-Factor authentication options. If they have reset the options and the SMS issue persists, have them audit your sign-in logs to see what error is occurring.

If the problem cannot be located, have the IT Department submit a ticket via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

The school account admins will just need to delete / re setup your device here.

then you'll be able to scan a new QR code for setup.
