I have around 300 Win 2008 R2, Win 2012, and 2016 servers to be migrated to Azure. As part of Azure discovery, i am able to discover almost 130 servers but the rest of the servers throwing an error as below
"The winrm client received an http status code of 502 from the remote ws-management service"
I can verify proxy for was configured on some of the successfully discovered servers and some of them not proxy configured

In most cases, the failure occurs due to inappropriate proxy configuration or issues with WimRM. If you haven't already referred to this link - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/migrate/troubleshoot-appliance-discovery#cant-connect-to-the-internet, kindly try suggestions if that doesn't help, in either case, this needs to be checked by the platform team. IMHO, I suggest you to contact Azure technical support team by raising a support request. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
