I looked into the Correlation ID and Timestamp that you provided, and it looks like you ran into the below error but were eventually able to authenticate after a push notification was sent to your phone authenticator.

If you're still having issues logging in, I'd recommend reaching out to an Admin within your tenant to see if there are any issues with your MFA settings. If you don't have any other users or admins within your tenant and are completely locked out, you can try reaching out to our Global Customer Service team or contacting the Azure Data Protection team for further assistance - (866-807-5850).
