SMS for MFA does not work anymore.

    @SA_South Thank you for your post!

    I looked into the Correlation ID and Timestamp that you provided, and it looks like you ran into the below error but were eventually able to authenticate after a push notification was sent to your phone authenticator.

    If you're still having issues logging in, I'd recommend reaching out to an Admin within your tenant to see if there are any issues with your MFA settings. If you don't have any other users or admins within your tenant and are completely locked out, you can try reaching out to our Global Customer Service team or contacting the Azure Data Protection team for further assistance - (866-807-5850).

    We are unable to look at the correlation IDs and requests on this forum; your best bet would be a support case with Microsoft:

    Things to look at:

    Is this happening for one person or multiple people?
    Is the phone number correct etc
