Hi,
I have an Azure SQL Server where I have a whitelisted (Instance FW) firewall rules for specific IPs, however, I can still connect to the Azure SQL server from a non-whitelisted IP address.
The situation is similar to this one.
Does anyone know what is happening?

Thanks for responding.
No, the non-whitelisted IP is not an Azure service or resource. It is from another laptop. A Public IP from an on-prem source.
Yesterday, I didn't have the ability to reply in the system.
