Hi,

When we originally installed the O365 apps everything worked great and our OneDrive synced perfectly to our business account. We recently had an issue with login on Windows 11 and now receive errors when trying to open any O365 apps. We are prompted to login and when ew do we either get stock in a login loop or the following error pops up:

I have attempted troubleshooting AD issues from the Microsoft help page but I don't get it. Please help, we are a small business and when we had the integration working, it was seamless.
I can share the command prompt screen for dsregcmd /status.

Did you swap out and hardware on your device?
Clearing the TPM might fix it.
Open the TPM Management Console by pressing the Windows + R keys on the keyboard to open a command prompt.
Type tpm.msc and press Enter .
In the Actions pane on the right, select Clear TPM
    Restart device.
