Regarding certification and recognition

Hi, I had created 2 profile accounts, one was with personal email id sharma.vinay116@Stuff .com and one was with my work id **vs2433@attmvno .com. ** On my personal profile login, I can see my Microsoft Azure fundamentals course completed, but in my work account its only shown as 11%completed. Can you please make sure both accounts show same kind of progress? At my work, they are not able to see if I have done my certification from Microsoft account and that's why didn't get recognition either. Please let me know.
