Teams Admin Center - Customize Meeting Images - Erro: "We can't load any data. Try again?"

Hello everyone,

I am faced with the following error when trying to add customized meeting images under Teams Admin Center > Meetings > Meeting policies :

I have tested the following:

  • Another Admin account
  • Another Device
  • Another Browser/private browser session
  • Another network

So, I am left with the conclusion that this might be a backend bug on our tenant.

Could anybody confirm or try to replicate this. Maybe it's a general feature outage?

    Are you using Microsoft Teams Premium licenses? Microsoft changed it recently and from now on this feature is under the new Microsoft Teams Premium license. More info can be found HERE

    Did you upload an image before the error message appeared?

    Does the attempt to clean cache issue still exist? The temporary files stored in your cache or certain extensions might be interfering with the admin center. Clear the cache, turn off all your extensions and try again.

    As Mitchell Bakker said, customizing meeting backgrounds requires Teams Premium (preview), which is currently rolling out. Also, before you set up a custom meeting background, check to make sure you have the following items:

    • Access to the Teams Premium SKU
    • You’re an admin with access to the Teams admin center or you’ve been assigned a customization policy
    • You’ve enabled the custom background policy
    • Your background images meet the required specifications

    I have exactly the same problem.
    I have tried all the steps you suggested without success. No matter what browser I use it ALWAYS comes this error message:

    "We can't create your images. Try again. If you continue to have problems, contact [Microsoft customer support](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/office365/admin/contact-support-for-business-products?WT.mc_id=TeamsAdminCenterCSH"Opens article in a new tab.")."

    Does anyone have a solution for this?
