hi i am a student and i accidently added my own gmail account while renewing the subscription how can i edit the email id section with my school account

    To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

    • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    • The credit card information is correct.
    • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.

    In order to change the email address -

    • Sign in to the Azure portal using the email address, which has the account administrator permission on the account.
    • Search for Cost Management + Billing.
    • Select Properties from the left-hand side.

    Select Update contact info to update the email address then select Save.
