on startup edge loads full screen: msedge.exe –kiosk www.contoso.com –edge-kiosk-type=fullscreen there is a registry key called 1 with this command and every time I delete it and comes back on startup

Would you please further explain which registry key you referred to? And do you have a demand for running Edge in fullscreen?

Are you running Windows in Kiosk mode? If so then stop doing that. If not then run autoruns and see what all runs at startup. Edge may auto-start with Windows by default but it shouldn't be in Kiosk mode unless you're actually running in that mode.
I am not running in Kiosk mode. I ran autorun and delete the 1 string but it comes back with update.
