
Are you running Windows in Kiosk mode? If so then stop doing that. If not then run autoruns and see what all runs at startup. Edge may auto-start with Windows by default but it shouldn't be in Kiosk mode unless you're actually running in that mode.

on startup edge loads full screen: msedge.exe –kiosk www.contoso.com –edge-kiosk-type=fullscreen there is a registry key called 1 with this command and every time I delete it and comes back on startup
