We upgraded our SCOM environment from 2016 to 2019. The new environment has not been put in production yet. As soon as I added the subscriptions from the old environment to the new environment, we started receiving tickets/alerts. Prior to adding the additional subscriptions, we were not receiving any tickets/alerts. Are there any logs, or a way to get time stamp details, that will show what subscriptions were added at a specific time?

    Hi,

SCOM notifications consists of three (3) different components, all of these components are required to successfully send notifications:

    • Channels
    • Subscribers
    • Subscriptions

Prior to adding the additional subscriptions, we were not receiving any tickets/alerts.

For this issue, we need to

    • Verify subscriber configuration
    • Verify subscription applicability
