Azure Data Factory Costs increasing

Question

my Azure data factory costs all of sudden increased. There was no changes to the data factory or pipeline.

When i check the cost analysis report , i do see the meter type "Orchestration pipeline" has been added in recent months. Previously it was only Cloud pipeline activity only.

Anyone faced the similar issues and how can we fix this.

You can check the per pipeline building cost to see where the price increased compared to the previous months.

ADF added built-in per pipeline detailed billing view. This feature was built on top of the Azure Billing and Cost Analysis platform, allowing you to stay with the cost and budget management tool you are familiar with to identify spending trends and spot where overspending might have occurred.

The below techcommunity document explains granular billing for ADF. This will help in finding out where the cost increased on your pipelines.
