Columns name and value changes after migrate from SharePoint to Dataverse

Question

Hi Support,

I want to create a model-driven app whose data source is from SharePoint List. So I have tried to migrate SharePoint List to Dataverse table by creating dataflow.

But I find out there are some columns changed. Please check below for details. ( pls ignore the time, it must be caused by the default timezone in environment I choose)

May I know how to make data the same?

I notice that on the Power Query editor page, we can see there is a column attribute with the same name i.e. ID where one is in lower case and the other one is in upper case as shown below. We have to remove one ID column to make it a unique attribute.

I also notice that value in "Purpose of visit" and "Nature of visit" is mixed, you may create a new list again according to the method I provide above to see whether this problem persists.
