SharePoint Identity Mapping tool "Provide consent to allow the tool to access your Azure Active Directory."

Hi Team

I am trying to generate FullIdentityReport.csv running SMAT tool using this command SMAT.exe -GenerateIdentityMapping and to provide consent, I am using SMAT.exe -ConfigureIdentityMapping command but this do not prompt to enter Azure Active directory credentials and give
ERROR:

Providing consent for the SPO Identity mapping Tool failed. Ensure you are a Global Tenant

Administrator in the Azure tenant and that you click Accept on the Azure permissions dialog..

The tool is installed in SharePoint environment.

I am not able to understand the issue, Please provide step by step guide to connect onPrem AD to Azure AD for identity mapping using SMAT tool.

Thanks for the post.

The goal of the identity migration is to synchronize all possible users and to disposition any remaining unmapped records with justification as to why they are not synchronized. This synchronization and disposition process must be complete prior to preparation of user acceptance testing.
