fail to run a script in the power automate excel connector

Question

Here is my question:

Last week I successfully ran my office script in my power automate flow.

All of the sudden, when I tried to run the flow again, it stuck in the 'run the script' stage. Here is the screenshot:

Please help me deal with this!!!

I presume there is something wrong with microsoft power automate server.... Asked my colleague who said the same situation occurred.
