fail to open the outlook msg file

Question

Here is the situation:

I tried to store the outlook file into the designated file folder in the power automate flow and also I output the file into .msg format.

However, when I wanna open the msg file, it failed with the below notification:

Please help me!!!

The file appears to be locked or lacks permissions, make sure no antivirus software locks the file, and furthermore, you

can try to make a copy of the file and open the copy.
