Unable to access the Lab template

I've created a resource group MakermaxRG1 under which there is a lab plan Makermax_LP1 under which there is the Lab VM MM_Debian_1

I'm unable to access the template as it shows no labs available under the resource

    How was this lab VM created? If you want to create a template you first need to have a lab. After selecting the Create lab button you should walkthrough creating a lab as shown here. Once created it should allow you to create a template.
