If I pay $600 to renew an annual subscription for 24 licenses in January, and I reduce my licenses to 10 in June, will I receive a prorated rebate to my payment method?

Yes, I believe it is prorated based on the information below.

If you want to remove licenses in the middle of your billing period, the refund will appear on the invoice for the next bill (generally next month), then you will receive refund 3 days later after new bill. While for the exact date of bill, it depends on the invoice date and subscription purchase date. For license reduction based on yearly subscription, charge will be prorated, you will get refund for unused licenses and days.
