How to write nested IF statement with equals for text?

I have an online form on our website that clients complete, the it flows into the SP database. I have numeric fields working with IF statements to triage and score them. I am needing to do the same with my "Reason for Call" field.

This is what I tried to write and the syntax obviously failed.

=IF([What Assistance Are You In Need Of?]=Transitional Housing,"10",IF([What Assistance Are You In Need Of?]=Rent,"7",IF([What Assistance Are You In Need Of?]=Utilities,"5","3")

    You need to create a calculated column using the following formula:

    =IF([What Assistance Are You In Need Of?]="Transitional Housing","10",IF([What Assistance Are You In Need Of?]="Rent","7",IF([What Assistance Are You In Need Of?]="Utilities","5","3")))
