New forum design

The 'Copy' button for code blocks is a welcome addition, pity it will result in code which cannot be compiled when pasted into Users code. Below from a copy/paste, which was originally perfectly usable prior to the so called 'New' forum.

Dim MyPath As String = IO.Path.Combine(My.Computer.FileSystem.SpecialDirectories.Desktop, "PDAexport.txt")

Maybe designers need to test before posting 'New' forum.

EDIT: sneaky! converted back to correct code when submitted. Code block copy provides a bunch of &#39 and &#34 for example instead of single quotes and double quotes etc!

EDIT2: this shouldn't be such a mine field! I tried to iclude a code block to show errors but when I then had to 'select' a language, VB.NET, Visual Basic' etc etc etc none recognised. OK, deleted the code form the code block as it was a useless example - result when submitted - an empty code block - just wonderful - NOT!

EdiIT3: so far, the 'New' forum is enormously worse than before and that was bad enough too.
