Private channels are not visible in the Team Channel list of the Second owner shared after the creation. Please let me know how can fix this issue so that the Chaneel will be visible in the second owner list.

unlike what is described in the Microsoft documentation, team owners cannot see the list of private channels. i assumed that an owner always sees the private channels, even if he is not a member of the private channel.
is this correct or a new setting / policy?
Have you ever received an answer to your question if this is a new feature or a bug?
I have come across it just now and the documentation is still stating something different than reality shows.

Does this second owner refer to the team owner?
Has this user been added to a private channel but is not displayed in the channel list?
For private channels, when you create a private channel, only the channel owner is in the channel, and everyone else (including team owners) needs to be added by the channel owner to enter. Based on your description, follow the steps below to check if the user has been added to this privacy channel.
