2 Different school emails that both work for one account

I have two different school emails that both get sent to the same address. I used one of them to take a certification exam yesterday and can no longer access the certificate on Microsoft's website as when I sign in, it automatically gets sent to the other email (not the one I used when signing up for the exam). This has made it so that I cannot see my certificate even though I got the email confirmation of it.
