How do I copy custom columns and the columns metadata over to another folder on a different site?

I've worked out how to copy over a folder from one site to another using Power Automate but it'll copy across files and only the Modified and Modified By columns. I'm hoping to be able to simply copy over the whole folder, including other columns. So this column below along with it's tags, over into the folder on the other site. I've already tried re-creating the column exact over on the other site but the tags still don't copy over.

Any help much appreciated!

Per my research and test in the Power Automate, there is no action to copy folder from one site collection to another with metadata. You could copy files with metadata in the Power Automate.

Would there be any other ways/ commands / features / etc, i.e; get/fetch/other, that I could add to my flow to populate the other column data into a destination folder? I would've thought this a pretty basic requirement
