I Fixe it , by deleting the installer folder

I have Visual studio enterprise, but I tried to update today and I got "Error : Visual Studio Installer
The Visual Studio Installer update failed to download. Make sure that you are connected to the network and try again.
"
I have internet obviously. I also try to uninstall and repair and every time I get this error

I’m glad to hear that this issue doesn’t block you any more.
Just to confirm, the solution that you mentioned is removing the VS Installer folder(C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer) and then download the bootstrapper file to reinstall VS Installer right?
