how to install Neat v5.7.1.474_FULL on win11

It seems that some required elements of the program will not install and therefore the program will not install. it worked in win7 and win8

    The Neat Company announced March 1, 2016 the scanner software had reached End of Life (EOL) and no longer provides support for client owned software and went to a subscription model as you can see on this URL. Maybe it is time to move on or try the subscription offered by the manufacturer.
