Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC Activation

I downloaded the Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 64 bit ISO (English Great Britain) from the Microsoft evaluation site. This gave me an ISO file and I used a utility called Rufus to create a boot USB.

I have installed Windows successfully and installed all the additional updates. However at the bottom right corner of the desktop it says "Windows licence has expired" . I don't see how this can be the case as I only installed it today.

When I open the Activation screen, I can see the following message "Something prevented us from communicating with our activation servers. Wait a few minutes and then try again. Error code 0x87E10BC6". I click on Troubleshoot and get told "We can't activate your copy of Windows. Make sure you're connected to the Internet and try again". I am definitely connected to the internet. Hence I don't know where to go from here. I have tried a few machine resets and no luck.

As far as I understand I should get a 90 day evaluation period.

Rufus has the feature to download ISO and prepare a bootable using that. It could be different to the evaluation version that you are trying to use.
