about menifest v2 to menifest v3

I am currently working on an extension program for use in closed corporate networks.

Question for menifest v3 migration in menifest v2, which is currently known to have been postponed.

I know that they will not support menifestv2.

If so, I would like to know if it is possible to distribute and use menifest v2 separately through the company's own store instead of registering it in the store. I wonder if the browser itself prevents installation and operation of menifest v2 or if it can continue to be used through its own store or manual installation without registering with the store.

I'm afraid you cannot continue to use Manifest V2 before Edge stops running Manifest V2 extensions, even if it is not registered in the store and manually installed in Edge. That is to say Edge will not recognize Manifest V2 from whatever sources. However, you can still use Manifest V2 for now since the migration is postponed, and please pay attention to the timeline update.
