Error code 0x80070005 is generic error and means Access denied. I recommend you to login via admin account and check if issue still persists.

I have OneNote 2010 running on two PC's sharing the same SkyDrive notebooks. This has been the case for more than 6 months. Suddenly three notebooks on one PC will no longer sync due to error code: 0x80070005. Kindly help anyone?

Tight click on OneNote icon and uninstall .
Try from a PowerShell prompt (search start for power open Windows PowerShell) copy and paste;
Get-AppxPackage -Name Microsoft.Office.OneNote | Remove-AppxPackage -Verbose
Then reboot , find OneNote in the Store reinstall and try again.
