How to fix error code 0x80070490on windows 10?

Error code 0x80070490 continues to show up as the progress bar approaches completion (during "Installing") despite the Windows Update components troubleshooter claiming to have solved the "Potential error code 0x80070490". Any one have a suggestion?

    I shall suggest you to run Windows Update troubleshooter.
    Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Next, under Get up and running, select Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter.
