My account was hacked and someone subscribed to azure

My Azure account was hacked and someone, using the credit card saved in my profile, subscribed Azure services without permission or knowledge of myself. I discovered this as my bank sent a charge that I did not recognize: I immediately reset the password, stopping the subscription and all the services ongoing (the account is accessible by me). Seems that there are charges due to this unauthorized intrusion still pending. Really appreciate if you could help me to cancel this bill..

More likely the underlying microsoft account was what was accessed.

Dave, thanks. Just created a refund request. The issue here is that there are additional charges, generated by this intrusion, that are really high. Hope that I could fix this issue.
