How do I know if an email is stuck on spam - Exchange 2016

Hello Everyone, can you please tell me how can I know , if an emails is spam and that is the reason why I don't get? I've ran this command and put the specific domain into whitelist. but didn't solve.

Set-ContentFilterConfig -BypassedSenderDomains domain.com

do I have any command to list all emails address in spam?

Hi @João Garcias,

Is an Edge Transport server configured in your environment?

If not, all anti-spam agents on Mailbox servers need to be manually installed by default.

In order to narrow down the issue, I would like to confirm the following points:

1. Can't receive all messages from the specified domain?

Please check if there are any messages in the Junk Email box of Outlook.

3. Did the sender receive any bounce NDRs?

In addition, you could check Exchange message tracking on the server to see if e-mail messages have reached the Exchange server.
