We have an Office365 Apps for Enterprise license for our users and a Teams Essentials License for users who need to hold meetings.

We had been able to enable the Q&A feature, however, when trying to enable it now, it says something went wrong. If we click retry enough (5-15 times), we eventually get an error CAA2000B with a server message that suggests Yammer is disabled.

Error code: CAA2000B

Server message: AADSTS500014: The service principal for resource 'https://web.yammer.com/teamsmetting&#; is disabled. This indicate that a subscription within the tenant has lapsed, or that the administrator for this tenant has disabled the application, preventing tokens from being issued for it. Trace ID: 217b3... I don't think Apps for Enterprise or Teams Essentials comes with Yammer.... so is that the problem? I'm the admin and I definitely have NOT done anything to disable this in recent months.

Yeah, funny when it advises to talk to your IT admin, when you are the IT admin :)

Fortunately, obligatory unistall and install solved the issue.
