We have an Office365 Apps for Enterprise license for our users and a Teams Essentials License for users who need to hold meetings.
We had been able to enable the Q&A feature, however, when trying to enable it now, it says something went wrong. If we click retry enough (5-15 times), we eventually get an error CAA2000B with a server message that suggests Yammer is disabled.

I don't think Apps for Enterprise or Teams Essentials comes with Yammer.... so is that the problem? I'm the admin and I definitely have NOT done anything to disable this in recent months.
