I'm the administrator, but when I want to download an app it asks for I need permission

On my surface pro 7+(windows 11), to download photoshop it says I need permission from administrator however I'm the administrator. Please help I'm not sure how to fix this.

    Hi Jord,

    Try going to the start menu and open Run > type netplwiz

    Check whether your account is Administrator or not. If not you will need to gain access to the administrator account on your device.
