Can no longer see Concierge subscription

I am working through the Azure Fundamentals Learning path. When I created my trial Azure account I had both a Concierge directory and, as needed, sandbox directories. This time when I log in and try to access PowerShell I get a No Subscriptions error. If I create a sandbox via one of the exercises I can switch to it but still cannot see a Concierge directory. When in the sandbox if I try to access PowerShell I get a cannot create storage error. How do I get back to where I was at the beginning? Thanks!
